Advanced Vault Master Class

This Master Class aims to improve gymnasts' existing technique as well as introducing higher level vaults. This session will be led by one of our highly qualified coaches and will provide gymnasts with useful competition tips and tricks

This camp is suitable for women's artistic gymnasts who train 8+ hours per week.

This camp is available to members and non-members so feel free to share the link with people you know. Please be aware that children attending these days MUST fall within the advertised age/ability range and be confident to spend the day doing an exercised based activity day.

This is for a 1 hour 45 minute gymnastics camp from 11:30am.

Please note, while we always try to accommodate the abilities and interests of the children attending, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate gymnasts as well as their regular sessions can.

In addition the staff ratio is 1 coach to 8 gymnasts as per our industry standard and we are not able to accommodate gymnasts who require any form of individual behaviour management or one to one care in terms of health or behaviour without prior arrangement, for which there may be an additional cost. We are always happy to discuss possibilities for safe inclusion within the sessions that fall within our risk assessments and skill set.
